Staying in this amazing unit, you’ll live amid luxury amenities, and within (true!) walking distance to everything the town of Zihuatanejo has to offer, as well as a number of stunning beaches and activities. If you get up early enough, you will see the fisherman coming back to shore with the day’s catch which you can buy for yourself from the market on the beach in the morning, or enjoy at any number of beach restaurants with your feet in the sand.

The space

This penthouse apartment delivers the view the minute you enter. It’s light-filled and you can’t help but be drawn to the view in the ‘open air’ living space. Retractable glass doors enclose the air-conditioned living/kitchen area and never close off the view. Inside, an L-shaped sofa also acts as a comfortable super-twin spare bed for a 3rd guest. A ½ bathroom is located just as you walk through the front door.

The luxury kitchen is well stocked with a super automatic espresso/cappuccino machine for your morning latte, and a juicer in case you prefer to start your day with a fresh fruit or vegetable juice, or a fresh mimosa. The kitchen is stocked with essentials such as salt, pepper, good quality olive oil, and, of course, a blender for margaritas! You'll find ample dishes and glassware for 8, as well as serving ware and cookware. High quality appliances include a dishwasher, convection oven/microwave, and a stackable washer/dryer (located in the small laundry area off the half bath). You’ll also find a filtered water tap in the kitchen and beautiful jugs in the bathrooms for drinking water.

Lay on the daybed on the terrace to experience the full beauty of this penthouse where the lines of indoor / outdoor living are blurred …. the one of a kind porthole window offers a unique perspective and delivers a fantastic sunset view! You’ll find an instant camera in a box by the door so you can take a souvenir “original” Insta picture for your memories.

Enjoy your music with a wireless Bose speaker, and connect to the high speed internet and wifi throughout the apartment to send sunset pictures home …. because you’ll want to every night!

In the air conditioned master bedroom, you’ll find a new luxury King size mattress, organic bedding, a flat screen TV for watching Netflix or Hulu, a small safe, and ample closets. The outdoor shower, plush towels, and raw marble counters give the bathroom a luxury spa feel. Twice a week cleaning is included in all weekly rentals and daily cleaning is available for a nominal charge. Furthermore, we are happy to organize chef service upon request, and also concierge service to make bookings for anything from snorkelling adventures to reservations at our favourite spots to advice on the best place to buy fresh fish to cook yourself.

Other things to note

Head to the roof-top terrace of the building to enjoy spectacular views, the beautiful tear-shaped infinity plunge pool, lounge chairs, and a brand new grill. This is a great place to watch the sun rise as it comes up over the mountain at the back of the building. And of course, the sunsets over the bay are unparalleled. The building has an elevator for your convenience and stair access to the beach.
