As you enter the light-filled apartment, your eyes will be drawn to the view and the beautiful ‘open air’ living space. Retractable glass doors enclose the air-conditioned living/kitchen area and never close off the view. Inside, an L-shaped sofa also acts as a comfortable super-twin spare bed for a 3rd guest. A ½ bathroom is located just as you walk through the front door.

The luxury kitchen is well stocked with a Saeco espresso/cappuccino machine for your morning latte, and a juicer in case you prefer to start your day with a freshly pressed fruit or vegetable juice. The kitchen is stocked with essentials such as salt, pepper, good quality olive oil, and, of course, a blender for margaritas! You'll find ample dishes and glassware for 8, as well as serving ware and cookware. High quality appliances include a dishwasher, convection oven/microwave, and a stackable washer/dryer (located in the small laundry area off the half bath). You’ll also find a filtered water tap in the kitchen and beautiful jugs in both bathrooms for drinking water.

Open the retractable glass doors and you will experience the full beauty of this apartment….the lines of inside/outside living are blurred and you can while away the hours watching the light change, the waves wash up on the beach, and the comings and goings on the bustling Playa Madera. Famous Zihua sunsets can be enjoyed from every location in the apartment and the rooftop pool. Every sunset is different...and beautiful.

Enjoy your music with a wireless Bose speaker. Connect to the high speed internet and wifi throughout the apartment to send sunset pictures home …. because you’ll want to every night!

In the master bedroom, you’ll find a new luxury King size mattress, organic bedding, a flat screen TV for watching Netflix or Hulu, a small safe and ample closets and storage space. The outdoor shower, plush towels, organic linen robes and raw marble counters give the bathroom a luxury spa feel. Twice a week cleaning is included in all weekly rentals and daily cleaning is available for a nominal charge. Furthermore, we are happy to organize chef service upon request.

Location is everything and you’ll not be disappointed. At the bottom of the garden you will find yourself on Playa Madera where you can enjoy ‘feet in the sand’ restaurants, wonderful beach massages, and playing in the waves. A further 10 minute stroll around the Paseo del Pescador (the coastal walking path) and you will find yourself in the charming center of Zihuatanejo...restaurants, fish market, and an abundance of shopping and sightseeing. A 10 minute walk in the other direction and you will find yourself on Playa La Ropa and all the amenities of this world class beach.

You can rent a bicycle to explore Zihuatanejo. Everything is close! There is also no traffic.

Head to the roof-top terrace of the building to enjoy spectacular views, the beautiful tear-shaped infinity plunge pool, lounge chairs, and a brand new grill. This is a great place to watch the sun rise as it comes up over the mountain at the back of the building. And of course, the sunsets over the bay are unparalleled. The building does have an elevator for convenience. Stair access to the beach.
